AP English Language Exam Thread

Why do people write buuuuuuuuummmmppp when they can just do something like this?

buuuuuuuuuuummmmppp

I don’t know how accurate the sparknotes test is, but I would say it’s a useful diagnostic at pinpointing your weaknesses.

Does anyone know if Kaplan AP Lang testprep is reliable? I also have 5 steps to a 5, but Kaplan even has a list of words students should know, which seems pretty useful but Kaplan is pretty well known for being ‘inaccurate’ LOL But don’t know how well it preps for AP Lang

anyone know what 44/54 with 8 essays is?

^definite 5

Yesssssss!

I heard 5 steps to a 5 was good but I couldn’t find it at the bookstore so I got Princeton review.
Anyone know if that’s any good?

I just took a practice test in the Barrons book and got 24 right and 30 wrong. Gulp. I’m hoping Barrons is harder than the real thing and my exhaustion is making me score so terribly

i think barrons is always harder… either way 24/30 is a 5 i think

how comparable is sparknotes?

Nonono, I got 24/55. The sparknotes diagnostic test I did pretty well on. It predicted I would get a 4. To get a 4 on that practice test I’d now have to get 7’s or 8’s on the essays

Hi,

I am the webmaster at [Free AP Practice Tests](http://ap.testfrenzy.com) that was mentioned before. This site offers free links to past AP tests and other exam preparation. But there are misconceptions about this site. It is not illegal in any way, shape, or form. There is no copyrighted material on it. As of now, linking to copyrighted material is not illegal.

Also, there are tests out there that I don’t have. I hope everyone can go and fill in their AP test collections at my site, but I would greatly appreciate it if you would return the favor. Help others out and email it to me at admin@ap.testfrenzy.com. Thanks, and good luck on all of your exams.

Once again, does anyone have 2007 released English Language? I REALLY need it. I will trade you 5 tests for that one, if you have it. I need it before Wednesday (day of test)

So I took the AP Literature last Thursday (without taking any class or anything) and am expecting a 4 or 5. Basically did ok on the essays (they’re out of 8 right? Then I probably scored a 5-6), cleaned up the multiple choice and probably got 0-5 questions wrong.

But um does anyone know what the differences are between the AP Lit and the AP Language exams? I seriously have no idea, I haven’t started studying.

Barron’s is really hard rk. I’m still only getting around 38 and I’ve gone through all of the tests. When I took the 2001 MC, I only missed 6 out of 54.

How hard is MC?

Thank God seadog. I felt completely unprepared for a moment

flvs.net has three free practice tests.

That’s a good site…did anyone figure out how to work it?

flvs.net is supposed to have 3 practice tests. but it seems like you need to register and pay.
