Hi, I am currently a Sophomore and we have to decide our classes for next year.
I was thinking of taking the following:
AP Lang and Comp
APUSH
AP Chemistry
Spanish 4
Precalc with trig Honors
Physics Honors
AP Euro OR AP APES or AP Psych

Which one do you think will fit my really rigorous schedule?

I suggest APES. APES is the easiest AP class in my school

From someone who has taken all of them and by the looks of your schedule, cross off AP Euro. Not a good idea to have two history AP courses. I did that thinking they will compliment each other…no. Both ap environmental and ap psych are kind of a joke. But I thought psych was 5x more interesting and you’ll need some sort of psych for any major so it would help to have a background and possibly gain credit for college. I never studied and I got a 5.

My vote:

AP Lang and Comp
APUSH
AP Chemistry
Precalc with trig Honors
Physics Honors
Spanish 4

Of the following…
AP Euro OR AP APES or AP Psych
…the AP European History exam is he only one that will carry weight. But…that would make for a very heavy year. I would not take another AP course. Instead, I would use that free time for yourself and to beef up your performance in the other courses.

Final comment: You might also want to delay Honors Physics a term. PreCalc is really the first shot for most students to apply math to physics. Would be nice to have that under your belt beforehand.
