ap exam credits

Just recently, I emailed rutgers about a few ap exams and which classes these exams will exempt me from. So basically, ap english lang ( I got a 4 last year) will exempt me from expository writing. Now I'm debating whether I should take the ap english literature exam, but in the email it says it will grant me credit for an introductory literature course and fulfill my requirement for one of the two humanities/ arts courses. I'm also debating if I should take the art history exam, which will apparently grant me credit for two? intro art history courses.

Now this is my question, I took the U.S. history exam last year and got a 5. So would this count as credit for one of the two humanities/ art courses? If so, it would make a lot more sense to just take the lit exam because it obviously requires a lot less study time than art history.

Consider that you might wanna take arts/humanities classes at Rutgers, but I guess you probably don’t. Either way, it seems to me that you’re competent enough to take the AP Lit exam anyway and get at least a 4.

Yeah, I want to concentrate all of my study time on the business related classes at Rutgers.
