AP Macroeconomics

How hard is this course? Is the content hard. What exactly is the content (I only get a brief summary as the course description. All I know is that it is basically the main principles of economics). I am wondering if I should take it next year as my 5th AP for junior year.

According to my Princeton Review book, macro concepts include:
Measurement of economic performance (income, inflation, unemployment)
Nat’l income and price determination (supply and demand, equilibrium)
Financial sector (money, banking, and markets, central banks and money supply)
Inflation, unemployment, and stabilization policy (fiscal and monetary policy, inflation and unemployment)
Economic growth (human capital)
Open economies (balance of payments, foreign exchange market)

I was in microeconomics, so I can’t comment on macro’s difficulty, but I though micro was the easiest AP class I’ve ever taken. You’ll probably be okay.

Thanks! Anyone else that has taken it have an opinion?

It depends on the teacher, My teacher does not teach us at all and I don’t really care about the class. I don’t study for tests or anything, but I have an A right now. It’s common sense after all. Just read your text book and practice!!! It’s not that hard :)

Has anyone previously taken it? Is the AP test hard?
