What makes you an AP scholar or an AP Scholar with distinction? So far I've taken 5 APs and have four 5's and one 4 does this qualify me for any of these accolades?

makes you an ap scholar with distinction. (5 tests average > 3.25)

Heh, I have the exact same stats as you Snake. I wonder, when do we get notifications for this?

Also, is there any info on how many people actually win these awards? Is it common?

Snake - I think you will be named an AP Scholar with Distinction. The categories are here: http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/ap/scholarawards.html

Congrats!

The big gap between AP Scholar w/ Distinction and National AP Scholar really bothers me...

Is it worth it to put this down on your application? Or will colleges already see it?

Put it down on your app. It never hurts to toot your own horn!

notifications are in nov i think..

i got mine already.
