AP Stats or AP Cal

I'm signing up for next years classes. Would you take
AP Stats with a bad teacher or AP Cal with a great teacher?
I've heard that the AP Stats is easier but a bad teacher would
suc.

Go to AP Calc as its probably more transferable… I know someone who will not be getting credit for Stat, whereas he did get credit for Calc… If you still wanna take Stat independent study throughout the year…

Calc, of course. Stats isn’t even on the same academic level as calc.

Good teacher + calc = win

statistics isn’t even really math

AP Calc-with a great teacher, it could be as easy as Stats

Go with the AP Calc. It’s considered more rigorous than AP Stats, of which you can probably get a better version of it in college.

Calc is prob better when viewed by colleges becasue it is required by most of them

I’m taking both right now. You should probably take calc. The first few weeks are a bit challenging, because you have to get used to the new stuff. After that though, it’s just a breeze.

But the rumors are true. Stat is a joke compared to calc.

Stats + good teacher is maybe comparable to calc + bad teacher.

But in your situation, calculus no question.

Calculus. Of course I am biased because I just love that subject. But in my opinion, calculus is not that hard if you pay attention and always ask questions whenever you are lost.
