AP units counting towards total units for transfer

<p>Hello ! </p>

<p>So, by spring semester I will have 60 units ready to transfer. But I also took 5 AP courses in highschool and through the UC planner, it says that I have 121 units. Do all AP units transfer over and will this prevent me from being able to transfer ?</p>
