<p>From what I heard, the fee waiver is at the end of the application before you submit it. You enter in (basic) financial information and then it determines if you qualify. I think it can be also determined through FAFSA.</p>
<p>You have to get CollegeBoard fee waivers from your high school guidance counselor. And you send a fee waiver to the college you want to waive your application fee. Not all colleges honor the waiver. Look back over your earlier threads on the same topic; I’m pretty sure all the answers are on a link I posted in response to one of those.</p>
