App Questions--urgent!!

so I'm looking over my app before i send it in, and i have a couple of questions:

Should my essays have titles?? Also, should I put my name on them?

I was typing up a separate resume and was wondering what information to include. So far, i've only listed my ec's, community service hours, and awards. I didn't think that GPA, act score, ect was necessary because they can see that by looking at my app.

how can i double-check that my test scores have reached michigan?

should i include copies of awards, ect? or would listing them be enough??

Thanks!! any comments from current students would be appreciated :)

No all you have to do is upload them in the appropriate boxes. But you can include your name and SSN at the top.

You’re correct.

[Office of Undergraduate Admissions: Application Status Check](http://www.admissions.umich.edu/prospective/applying/appstatus.php) or the test score website

Just list them.

Hope I helped!

^ I second OnBeauty.

You don’t need a title. If you think of a creative one, put it on, but it’s not necessary and it will not hurt your chance. If you are uploading the essay through the CommonApp, a heading of your name and CommonApp ID is automatically added.

Just list them. If the college is suspicious, it will ask for proof (in almost all cases, colleges will not ask for scans of certificates, etc. For Stanford, it directly says DO NOT send in your certificates, just list them on the CommonApp (I’m sure Michigan follows the same policy).
