That wouldn’t be an appeal. An appeal requires new information that wasn’t included in your application (but should have been) that would substantially alter your application standing. They rarely happen.
If you really want to attend UT, look at transferring. Either do a year at another university, or the CC route.
It would be possible to take classes through the summer and fall (at a CC), and be accepted for the spring 2014 semester.</p>
