Appealing to UIUC, what are my chances?

I applied to transfer for the up coming 2011 Fall semester and got denied because I (knowingly) didn't qualify but I was accepted when I applied in high school. I submitted my application after I was diagnosed with a learning disability and before I had the correct accommodations for my classes and medication for my disability. I was denied in April and 2 weeks ago I had submitted my appeal.

UIUC states that they need new and compelling information in the appeal for them to seriously consider it. My original plan was to submit my Spring 2011 grades which not only qualified me, but displayed the affects of the help I was getting. I called admissions and asked if it was alright if I submitted an un/official transcript and they said it was technically forbidden because not everyone had their grades by the deadline (June 1st). So I worked around it and talked about how the accommodations had helped and left a final grade for class that was relevant to the major I was applying for.

The day after the submission, I get an e-mail from the Coordinator of Transfer Recruitment asking for the rest of my Spring 2011 grades (which, remember, is against the rules). I had to wait a week for one last class to add a grade and sent in a request to mail her the official transcript. The lowest grade I had on the Spring transcript was a B-. So how do my chances look of my appeal going through? Be honest, please.
