<p>I've been seeing a lot of appeal topics pop up here and I just wanted to throw in my 2 cents. </p>
<p>Appeals are for changes in your applications people. If collegeboard got your SAT's wrong or your counsuler sent in the wrong transcript. Its also for if something MAJOR happened, as in you got some huge award.</p>
<p>I can tell you what appeals are not for, and thats telling the colleges how much you want to go there, its your dream school, etc. They've heard it already. Thousands of kids are applying to the same school as you, thousands want to go. If you've been rejected its obvious you aren't what the school is looking for this year. Accept it and move on.</p>
