Has anyone gotten in on appeal, in this year or in past years?
Do you have any tips? (what did you write about, what supplementals did you include, etc.)</p>
<p>I’ve read and heard from counselors that it is practically pointless to appeal unless you have big, new, compelling information because barely anyone gets in through appeal. Especially since UCD already accepted a lot of students and may not have enough space. If you have new information like forgetting to add classes to your schedule, getting some major award, etc, then go for it. But if not, I wouldn’t be too confident in getting accepted.
