Applied to Cornell, majoring in Communication

I applied to Cornell as a transfer student for fall 2012.
Last week I submitted my mid-term report. And just now I was surfing the net, and found that for students who would like to major in Communication (including myself), there are a number of required courses that we have to complete prior to transfer. I realized I can't complete "One full academic year of Introductory Biology (labs not required)." I am taking Physical Anthropology now, but it's just one-semester-course. Will it affect my application much?

they might just offer you a GT and say fulfill our requirements elsewhere and you will be guaranteed a spot. Otherwise, it’s difficult to say, I would call admissions tomorrow… they are extremely helpful, but it is a pre-req…

I have not completed my major requirements for Cornell either - I was accepted under the condition that I complete a listed number of courses in the summer before I enroll.

If you are worried about this I would suggest you contact admissions. I do not know if conditional acceptances are common because I know for certain that my current school does not offer the courses that they listed.

You already got an acceptance letter? When did you turn in your app? And how come there is Cornell thread like last year?
