i know this was very unscholarly and dumb of me but i applied to the eop program by accident early action. it says that i can't do tht but i didn't read correctly and applied. My friend told me that with my stats, I won't get into the eop program. Before applying, I thought the eop program was for high achhieving students. (I read incorrectly..and applied). I have already sent in my application and I emailed binghamton saying that I don't intend to apply for the eop program, and that I just want to apply for early action but they never replied. I know I screwed up pretty badly. I'm planning on calling them. what do you guys think..

btw i never sent in the files for the eop program. so i should probably just call them and clarify that i want to just apply early action right…

Did you ever find an answer from Bing? I have similar problem that’s why I ask.

Hello!
My name is Laura Dowling I am a student ambassador at Binghamton and I think this information will be helpful for you:
Due to the impact of Hurricane Sandy, Binghamton University has extended its application and completion deadlines for both Spring 2013 admission and Fall 2013 Early Action admission.

Spring 2013

New application deadline: Nov. 15

New application completion deadline: Dec. 3

Fall 2013 Early Action

New application deadline: Nov. 29

New application completion deadline: December 17

If you had been attending to apply for Fall 2013, you still have some time to get your application in. As for your unintentional application for EOP I would try to contact the admissions office (607-777-2171) and see if they have any information about who to contact to make sure the application does not go through.
Good Luck!
Laura
