Applying as a freshman

<p>Hypothetical Situation:</p>

<p>Say I've just finished a year of college here [in India], and I'm just about to apply to Vassar. I want to join Vassar as a freshman, because I just plain don't like (hate, really) the education system here.</p>

<p>Can I apply as a freshman even though I've already enrolled in an Indian college and finished with one year?</p>

<p>Again, I'm from India.</p>
