???

HAHAHA. I was anticipating that response! LOL. I shot them an e-mail with my updated mid-terms and they repleid two days later saying the information will be considered.

The replies are all templates.

[World’s Best Universities: Life Sciences and Biomedicine - US News and World Report](http://www.usnews.com/articles/education/worlds-best-universities/2010/02/25/worlds-best-universities-life-sciences-and-biomedicine.html)

guys, above is the world ranking of top universities in life sciences and biomedicine. There is a huge drop for Cornell!!!

@Chris: UCSD is hella high. did u apply to SD?

@HiroseAki: dont know if ur from Japan but U of Tokyo is #7!!!

Did anyone get notifications from Financial Aid Office?

I asked them (FinAid Office) last night whether they received my application/ my mom’s income documents and they replied TODAY!!! (hella fast, The Admission Office should hire people from Financial Aid Office lol).

According to them, they received my mom’s documents via fax already and they recommend me to fax them my financial aid application as well since processing and updating the mailed papers might take a long time.

ntmikey you can check the financial aid link from the cornell self service system and they show you a to-do list which will contain missing documents. they’ve received everything from me, so my file is complete in fin aid.

and no i didnt apply to SD. I just liek the idea of living that far south! lol. it’s just random me but whatever. haha.

yeah, mine is still missing the finaid application, which i sent via mail. i guess i’ll fax them the app again this weekend.

lots of kids with GPA around 3.0 got accepted to SD. i know one guy failed in Molecular Bio class and he still got accepted to Molecular Bio major of UCSD. no offence but i dont want to go to SD coz of its easiness :/

wow Cornell received absolutely nothing from my financial aid list, including my CSS profile and FAFSA… I sent those in like 1 month ago

@ntmikey- I feel exactly the same!!! =/ plus, cornell is just ftw. andy bernard ftw

ntmikey: lol. I am not.

i wonder what todai’s acceptance rates are like? now that we’re on the subject lols. i bet it’s like attending cornell, except you can’t understand what you’re professors are saying unless you have ace Japanese skills

@Castiel: you should contact the FinAid Office and ask them if you can fax your application to them. They replied my email really quick (I sent an email this afternoon to ask whether I could fax them my finaid application now that the deadline passed and they haven’t processed my file which I sent via mail yet, they replied right away!)

^should I call or email to ask them if they have received my stuff or would they get annoyed? I faxed in everything on the 14th

You can email to them to make sure if they received your FINANCIAL AID app or not. People at the Financial Aid Office are really nice.

^My financial aid to-do list is empty, so I was worried that maybe they didn’t think I was applying for aid at all since you all have at least one thing on your list, and I can’t imagine that my list just happens to be complete. I just emailed FinAid asking if they did, indeed, receive my application, and hopefully I get a nice response like ntmikey did.

Cheeky4409, mine is so too. Just sent them e-mail to get the confirmation of the reception of my application.

Hey, guys, and girls. Has everyone had an interview who applied as an international transfer applicant for ILR?

Oh my god, i just got an email back from cornell’s finaid saying that they have absolutely no record of financial aid documents/application from me although i sent/submitted them on march 1st. I am experiencing the biggest panic attack right now. They think i don’t need aid. Oh my god. Oh my god.

^ What are you gonna do then?

You show them record of your mailing/shipment/whatever. They will let you send it again. This time fax it

^Yeah, I just talked with them and they are giving me 24 hours to fax things in with mailing confirmation dates, etc. and will still allow me to be considered for financial aid, without penalty, should I be accepted. I think my mom sent the FinAid documents to the wrong address or something, lol. She probably had a blonde moment and sent them to Cornell College on accident. Just kidding (I hope). Oh jeez. All good now, I think.

I applied to ILR Program ,

When will we start hearing from them?
