Applying SCEA but ALSO to another university's scholarship program...?

As the title suggests, I’m applying to Yale early but I’m also applying to the Emory Scholars Program. Although I’m technically applying regular to Emory, I still have to submit my entire Emory app by Nov. 15. I just want to make sure that this won’t affect Yale’s decision in any way?

The Application Process – Deadline: November 15
To be guaranteed consideration for the Emory University Scholars selection process (including Emory College, Oxford College, and the Goizueta Business School), students must submit all required application materials by the November 15 Emory University Scholars Programs deadline. **Applicants will need to select one of Emory’s three admission decision plans (Early Decision I, Early Decision II, or Regular Decision). **Please note students applying Early Decision I (EDI) may apply for the Scholars Programs, but need to meet the EDI November1 deadline for all application materials.

So long as you select Regular Decision (RD) for the Emory Scholars Program you will be fine.
