<p>I've put off applying for most collges for now since I'm pretty busy (kinda stupid, yeah). </p>
<p>Are there any good colleges out there whose deadline is near? The only ones I can think of, and which I am applying to, are the UCs on Nov. 30. Also Stanford is Dec. 1. I wonder if I forgot any other good colleges that interest me, and it would suck to find about them after their deadlines pass. I'm looking at schools in the west mostly but I'm open to good colleges anywhere.</p>

<p>If you know to which colleges you intend to apply, you should check each website and see what their deadline is. Most colleges that have regular admissions where they make the decisions after January, usually have deadline dates in Dec or Jan. However, even for many of those schools, applications are required earlier if you want to be considered for any merit scholarships. Also, if you intend to apply to any rolling admission schools (the majority in the US ) where the college makes decisions as apps are received, you should apply earlier rather than later because those who apply earlier will have an advantage over the late filers.</p>
