Approved academic renewal after UC application is submitted.

Hello, I have a D and F back in 2005 and 2008. I submitted my Academic Renewal back in September,21 12. Some how it take longer then what they told me to get it done. I finally got the letter from school on February 20, 2013 state that my Academic renewal is approved and i check my unofficial transcript which it should AR. Here is the problem, My UC application has submitted, and i can't change any my D and F back in 2005 and 2008 to AR. I am wondering what are my option? I am thinking of I add the D and F courses into my current course list and then put AR ? should i do that? I know that it maybe too late to change anything because the decision is coming in next few days, but everything would help. Thank you for you time.

Just send the admissions people an email through your application login for the respective schools.

I call the UC campus i applied to, and they also ask me to do that, but i don’t see the email at all accept the email that ucinfo@applyucsupport.net.
@HopingToXfer do you know if this the email.?

That’s doesn’t look like the correct email, you have to go to each UC campus’ website and send an individual email to each admissions office (eg if you applied to UCSD, UCSB, and UCLA you would have to send an email to SD’s admission office, an email to SB’s admission office, and an email to LA’s admission office).

I’m in the same boat. Was approved for AR for a class earlier this month (although I repeated the course with another course of the same content at another community college, so the “F” wasn’t going to be used against me anyway).

UCSB, UCSD, and UC Davis all told me to submit a new transfer academic update and to write something in the “additional comments” section.
