<p>My brother got in last year and he and my mom said it was more of a "they talk, you listen" type thing, not much of a "meet other admits" setup. But they also said if I really wanted to meet to other people, it wouldn't be that hard or anything.</p>
<p>I get the impression that anything they tell you, you could probably research and find out on the website. I'm sure people on the thread will post about it anyway.</p>

<p>Yes, welcome day is really more of an information/tour day, and is much more beneficial for students who have not visited yet or are still undecided and want a final visit before making up their mind. The 2-day summer orientation will provide many more opportunities to meet other students.</p>
