<p>My opinion is that most are. Not all are, because some may have such low test scores/class rank or other factors that would not be the typical profile of a successful CAP student. Yes, most are. Few are not.</p>
<p>I think that’s how it is unless you did extremely bad in high school. So bad that there was no reason you should be applying to any university in the first place. Other than that, I think everyone gets CAP.</p>
