Are any SoCal schools still accepting?

Really wanna attend a school between San Diego and Los Angeles area, are any school, community colleges with dorms included, still accepting?

Most CCs are open enrollment, so you can apply at any time.

Unfortunately, most University deadlines have passed.

I have seen a list in the past, can’t remember where, which will list colleges that still haven’t filled and thus you can still apply. Try to google it or @xiggi might know this. Not sure, but you could try places like University of La Verne, University of Redlands, etc.

I don’t know of any CC with dorms.

After admissions decision response deadline, NACAC will post a list of colleges that will accept late applications because they didn’t fill their class, they do this every year.

Some Cal State campuses are still taking apps: https://secure.csumentor.edu/filing_status/Default.asp. Most Comm. Colleges don’t have dorms but do have housing offices to help pair you with other students. Check out Santa Barbara City College.

Thanks that helped me so much! I will b applying to a couple more schools here soon.

They can close anytime without warning so do it soon.

BTW Santa Barbara City College is a beautiful campus right across from the beach.

I want to apply to CSU Domingo Hills and CSU Channel Islands, do I need to call them or can I just open an app and fill it out on CSU Mentor

Found my answer.my phone wast displaying a page correctly! Thanks everyone!

Dominguez Hills is a very commuter campus. Are you from out of state? It doesn’t sound like you know the areas.

Domingo Hills is closed for freshman, it seems all campuses are. I am from Colorado. I know the coastline decently from Los Angeles down to San Diego. I have family that lives in San Diego, and at SDSU. I am more familiar with that area. But I don’t know the areas very well.

Are you prepared to pay out of state tuition?
One option that is often on the NACAC list in May is the University of Arizona, if you are looking for sunshine and pools along with a great education.
