Hi, I'll be a sophomore in college in the fall (Junior status however), and I am interested in transferring from my current mid-ranked state school. I feel the party scene is not for me, and I haven't fit in too well socially. Futhermore, i've found the economics department rather disappointing. I'm hoping to end up on the east coast or stay in the Midwest. I hope to transfer for Spring of 2014 or Fall of 2014.

Anyone have any suggestions which schools would be appropriate for me to apply to and my chances? UChicago was my dream school (I was extended waitlisted) so I'll definitely be applying there, Furthermore, I plan on applying to Columbia Financial Engineering, Penn, Middlebury, Michigan, Brown, Georgetown, and Cornell. Any suggestions on any other programs, and are any of these schools reasonable for me? I know transfer admissions are brutal...
