I'm curious. I know I didn't get in yet but....
My brah who is at Duke now said he didn't party at all during BDD which kind of sucked.
On the other hand, he ended up with a host who didn't drink alcohol and who was a social retard. I'm genuinely curious.
Or all the frats so wrapped up in pledging that they could give less of a crap about showing pre-frosh how to have a good time?

I mean...there are always parties on campus...

That's cool.
I guess this leads to my next question.
How many parties are there on schoolnights? (I have heard of the Thirsty Thursday but besides that..)
My friend visited on a Tuesday night when there were no parties.

174IQPartier... you must be the man, "brah".

Well they do say that Duke students "work hard and play hard"

I suppose that work hard part will have to come into play sometime...

I don't really know about huge parties on weeknights. It's definitely easy to find a party from Thur-Sat, but the beginning of the week is going to be a little more difficult.

It depends on what you mean by party. For actual, themed, full-blown parties hosted by a frat or SLG, they're really only on weekends. Although there are some regularly hosted things like Wednesday Night Drinking Club and Malt Liquor Thursday (not sure if they're still around, i know MLT isn't because WM's RC is really strict this year), but those tend to be more laid back. There are a lot of people drinking on Thursdays with their friends and might play drinking games, just chill out, go to a club, etc. And depending on your friends, you might also drink on other weekdays too.

Wow OP you sound so hard.
