I'm a 10th grade planning on majoring in nursing. How are the nursing programs at these schools?

SUNY Stony Brook (dream school)
Adelphi University
Edinboro University
Elmira College
Stevenson University
University of Maine
University of New England
Utica College

What state do you live in?

Please strongly consider the benefits of going to nursing school in your own state - you will probably get more aid from your state’s financial aid programs, you will get lower tuition (and probably easier admissions) for your state’s public colleges, you will save travel expenses, and if you want to work in your home state, you will find it easier to network for jobs.

It appears that you are from Mass. If so you might want to consider UMass Amherst which has an excellent Nursing Program and it is now direct entry. I’m sorry I don’t know anything substantial about the colleges you listed. Best of luck to you.

Those are good schools, but when making a decision strongly consider where you want to get a job because it is easier to get a job in the city where you went to school.
