Are these good times to get recruit by coaches for a 16th year old who is in 11th grade 100M 14.89 200M 32.53 100M Swedish Relay 2:37:03 ?
You can log onto some place like milesplit or athletic.net and try to compare your times to other juniors.
You can also check the results of your local High School All State track championships and see the times of the kids who qualified and what grade they are in.
You can look through either of those sites I mentioned and type in a kid’s name and see what their best times are.
You can google “college track recruiting standards” and you’ll find a general list of times for D1,D2, D3.
Lastly, you can email the coaches at schools you are interested in and ask for their recruiting standards and you’ll probably get an email back that lists everything out for you.

From what I have seen, the range of recruitable times for the 100 is from low 11 seconds to mid 13 seconds. For the 200, it’s 23-28 seconds.
