<p>You know how most schools say not to apply unless you havw the numbers, definitely, b/c admission early is just as if not and sometimes usually is harder than regular? WEll i s Penn trully diferet in that ive heard and understand that they are more willing to accept borderline canadites (but still qualified) early b/c they want a campus of people that want to be there?</p>

'Is it easier to get into Penn ED than RD?'</p>
<p>The answer to that: seemingly, yes</p>
<p>They're more willing to accept ED than RD because they want students who want to be there. HOWEVER, I don't think this would come at the expense of a strong academic body. In fact, I think if you look at the numbers, ED students on avg. have about the same or higher avg. SAT scores than RD students.</p>
<p>Nevertheless, if you think you're borderline, apply. The admit rate for non-applicants is 0%.</p>
