<p>I want to change my schedule and remove one useless class and replace it w/ AP Statistics/Environmental/Psychology/AP Chem. But the problem is I already have my schedule. Am I allowed to remove a class like finance and replace it w/ an AP at the beginning of the school year?</p>
<p>Of course you can. Just go talk to your counselor - chances are that they’ll be more than willing to help.</p>
<p>In my experience, even the high schools which explicitly say you must sign up for AP classes during the normal scheduling period are flexible about it. I doubt it would be a problem.</p>
<p>You should be able to with no problem, just talk with your counselor. Unless the teacher assigned summer work, you could probably join the class with no problem. You may have to make up a summer assignment if one was assigned, and/or any classwork that you missed.</p>
