I’m 5’6.5 and 110, and am super low % body fat.

So many skinny people on HSL.
I guess “nerds” are those bony kids

Almost 6’1", 148lbs. I wish I had a little more meat :P

Nope, but I’m not exactly ripped either…5’9", 110 lbs =/ lol.

Haha, I have the opposite problem with my abs. My top four are bulging and very well defined, but my bottom two aren’t so much. If I had more definition in the bottom, I could have an eight pack lol.

I think if I can drop below 7-8% body fat I should be good.

My width to height ratio is something like 2:3. It’s more body type than anything, I run about 15 miles a week and march and just finished a fall sport.

I’m 5’11 and 145 lbs, and like some of the posters above, have a not-so-well-defined six pack.

totally, 25 pounds after stanford summer college, fat as ever, and no exercise cuz i hav to study for so much stuff

I think we’re all digressing from the main point of this thread. The OP asked if anyone here was overweight and I think a good percentage of posters are/were just showing off how fit they are. I’m no exception, lol. I love how I’m a hypocrit.

I don’t know if this is “fit”, but I’m a 5’8" male and weigh 127 lbs, which is a BMI of 19.4? I actually think I’m underweight, but apparently there are some people even skinnier than I am o.o

6 foot 1 and 170-ish pounds. I have very little time to exercise and my genes (being Indian) just don’t support an athletic body. Weight lifting has definitely helped me keep off the major pounds but it’s that fat that I do have that makes me feel pretty self-conscious.

^^Drop 15 pounds and you’re me :)

I wasnt before halloween. I just ate like 10 snickers and 10 peanut butter cups.

5’11" 132
nope

If anything a ton of CC’ers need to bulk up. I can’t see how you guys are happy being so scrawny, I couldn’t stand it when I was a freshman (5’4" 105)… In fact even now, my goal is to get up to 180 lbs.

what’s your definition of overweighhhttt my friend is 5’4 and 110 and she thinks she’s overweight. im 5’3.5 (LOL) and 114 and she thinks i’m overweight.

^Neither one of you is overweight.

thank you.

My rule of thumb is that as long as your belly doesn’t hang over your waistline, then you’re not fat. Weight can be completely thrown off by body composition, body fat % is a much better measurement.

Btw, really skinny girls are just as big of a turn off as fat girls.

LovexLight, neither you or your friend are fat. In fact, you’re both probably on the thinner side. I’m around 5’5 and weigh 125, but it’s more muscle than fat. Thank you crew for letting me continue with my eating habits :)

BMI’s meaningless. It’s all about your actual fat content, not weight. I’m 6’ 180 lbs and am going to be a D1 athlete; I have less fat than I did a little over a year ago when I weighed 155 but could hardly lift a dumbbell.
