I am applying for the army ROTC scholarship and I can’t find the standards for the fitness test that you take before you are awarded the scholarship. I can find the standards for the test you have to take right before entering college but not the one you take to try and qualify for ROTC. What are good push up, sit up, and one mile run times? BTW I am a female.
I know this is old but from what I understand from asking questions is that you should be able to pass the test. If you can’t pass the college entrance test it puts up a red flag to them. I am a 17 y/o female and I did 7:54 run, 20 pushups in 1 min, and 39 sit ups in 1 min.
