I'm applying as a transfer student to several top colleges. I'm very interested in photography and my main essay alludes to this. If I haven't entered any competitions or won any prizes with my art, should I even submit a portfolio? I'm applying as an economics major and I think it might give my application another human dimension. If this would hurt my chances, however, of course I wouldn't include it. Any thoughts?
