Well then I’m sure you’ll be getting your letter tomorrow I am jealous you’re so close !!

Some please help!

I was able to make my account and log into the portal, but I can’t find this enrollment thing everyone is talking about. There’s a lot of stuff on the page, so maybe I’m missing it. Could someone who has found it tell me exactly where it would be? Thanks!

Accepted! So happy that I learned about checking the portal. Definitely saved a weekend of nervousness considering I live in Seattle.

Ya I can log in too just don’t know where to look to see if I was admitted… Help?

@Eschloss

Under the Academics tab you should see a tab that says Enrollment Agreement if you’ve been accepted. Make sure this isn’t the prospective student portal but the myau.american.edu portal for admitted and current students. If you can log into this portal you’ve probably been accepted.

Hope I can help!

I can log on the portal but under the Academics tab I don’t have Enrollment Agreement… could this mean I didn’t get in?

DD was able to log in and found that she was accepted. Thanks to the poster who figured this out.

My D’s Enrollment Agreement says “Grad School of Comm” and links to a page that says "You do not have applications eligible for the online enrollment agreement. " My D did not apply to grad school. She will be an incoming freshman. Is anyone else seeing this?

Still with you 8pawsnfeet - nothing changed. “Grad School of Comm,” no enrollment agreement and no financial aid or scholarship info. We are on the East Coast so I hope that we get a letter soon. I would like to solve the mystery.

Try logging out and logging back in. At first that was my problem and after I logged back in it was all up.

I logged into the prospective student portal and I can’t find the admission decision anywhere! When I clicked on the “application status” link it only had a list of the documents they received (teacher recs, SAT scores, etc). I tried logging onto myau.american.edu but it wouldn’t let me in…

If someone who has found the decision could please go through, step by step, how they found it that would be spectacular!

You have to go to myau.american.edu and set up a new account using your AU ID.

Thanks…I was able to make a new account and get into the portal. I can’t find any enrollment agreement or anything so I guess I’ll just wait for the snail mail.

I couldn’t even get in so I am on the same snail mail boat :)

On my financial aid award letter page, it says “Frederick Douglass S” (it gets cut off). I’m guessing this is the Frederick Douglass Scholarship, which is supposed to be full tuition and room & board. I’m confused because when I add up what they’re giving me (which includes that FD thing, a grant, two loans, and a work study), it doesn’t even come close to covering tuition and room & board. Did I get another, lesser scholarship they give that’s also called Frederick Douglass?

So I have a problem:
I created an account successfully on the My AU portal BUT I was an idiot and forgot to write down my AU username, thinking that I would receive it in an email after I made the account. I live in New York and haven’t gotten the acceptance (rejection) letter as of THIS MOMENT. I sent an awkward email to the IT people about it…hopefully it’ll be resolved soon?!?

I just got my acceptance packet in the mail! I got into the honors program and I got a nice scholarship! I’m not sure if I’ll be attending, but the acceptance letter was really sweet because they include personal details about your application.

@cheetle- There are several different Frederick Douglass scholarships that include both partial and full scholarships. Here’s more information: [Frederick Douglass Scholarship](http://www.american.edu/aupedia/Frederick-Douglass-Scholarship.cfm)

so i’m really confused! I logged into my au portal and everything and i got a financial aid letter and a grant and whatnot, but under “Academics” there is no tab that says “enrollment agreement”? What does that mean? They wouldn’t give me financial aid if i wasn’t accepted, right? Someone help please:)

My S logged in yesterday. Saw financial aid package, but there was no Enrollment Agreement under Academics. Logged in again this morning and the Enrollment Agreement was there.

I made an account on the myAU website and it said I didn’t have permission to access this website. Did this happen to anyone else?
