<p>Hi I am a senior in highschool and am ver interested in MT. I have a good range but my strongest point is my bass. I can go really low and would like to highlight it in my auditions. I was wondering if anybody could suggest anything besides ol man river.</p>
<p>I bought my senior son a book recommended on this site called "The Broadway Song Companion" by David P DeVenney. It list musicals in alphabetical order, then each song title with the character, range and song style. Futher into the book is a breakdown of song recommened by range, duets, trios, choruses etc. It lists three pages of songs for bass, and then the way the book is arranged, you have to look up each song to find the vocal range of the song - Then you have to get the music, :) but it would give you a place to start from. I got the book from Amazon in just a few days time. Good luck!</p>
