<p>i saw that the average sat score for incoming freshmen was 1960-2200 on wikipedia and another website. but on collegeboard the average SAT scores were alot of different.
which one is the correct one? and do any of u guys know for real what the average SAT score for univ of michigan was last year in 2010? or 2009? thanks</p>

<p>^The 25th is 1960 and 75th is 2200. You could take the average of the two to get a rough ballpark figure of the avg. UMich SAT score and add or subtract X amount of points depending on the department/college your applying to. For ex., avg. SAT I in LSA is 1360/1600 while I’m sure the avg. in the CoE is higher.</p>

might not be the top choice, and therefore admitted
score range is higher than that of enrolling students.
Although Michigan is competitive, avg of 2080 in sat is way too
high for a state school. Same thing with the Ross school sat avg
It says Ross Preferred admission sat avg is 1490s but that was
“admitted” student’s range. (Stern’s was 1450s)</p>
