Bad SAT Subject Test Score

I got a 630 sat physics- I know this is not a good score. I did get an 800 on the SAT math, 1560 on the SAT first attempt, 4.0uw, and I’m not planning to major in physics/engineering (probably economics or statistics). I’m an upcoming senior so I’ll probably take the SAT physics again and hopefully get 720+. Is there any way this bad score can effect my college decisions (not applying georgetown, probably not applying to cornell?)- mainly looking for UCs, UT or UPenn (reach), they do all allow you to use score choice for subject tests right? Also, can colleges know you used score choice?

Georgetown and possibly Cornell (it is somewhat ambiguous) require you to submit all SAT subject test scores. No other college in the nation has such a requirement for subject tests and for those that require, recommend or consider subject tests, you can choose which to send.

College Board provides absolutely no information to colleges to indicate you used score choice. However, there is a different issue. Many high schools put all your test scores on your official high school transcript sent to colleges. Thus, you need to determine what your high school does because exercising score choice with College Board may accomplish nothing.
