Bad Subject Tests

I really messed up... Jeez.

Math 2: 640
World History: 620
Literature: 610

Should I even bother sending these? I feel like it would just hurt me.

Most top schools requires ACT OR SAT + Subject tests right?
I can just do ACT + SAT?

Thanks.

What do you consider “top schools”?

If you’re talking HYP etc., subject tests are required (for Y, they’re not required but applicants must send all scores). Certain schools will just allow the ACT, if your ACT score is comparable to your SAT score, ONLY send your ACT score to the schools you can. If you can, retake two SAT2s this winter and rush the scores to your regular decision schools.

waitwaitwait cc123sb Y needs ALL scores? I thought it was just the highest… so if I retook a subject test and did better on it, I need to send the lower and higher scores?

There are some schools (McGill, Toronto) where these could be fine. depending on what else you have going for you.

Most private schools that require SAT IIs are more competitive and are used to seeing higher scores.

shoot. thanks for letting me know, cc123sb. I know stanford has no score choice with the sat/ act but is pretty vague about subject tests and score choice IS allowed, so I was under the impression that all of the most selective colleges worked like that… much appreciated

Thanks guys.
