Bama Bound

I will be attending Bama Bound on May 26. It is the first freshman express one. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice. I have tried to look up a couple of classes I want to take, but Bama has so many class options it is all kind of overwhelming. I have managed to get Freshman comp., speech, 2 history classes, all of my math classes, and a fine arts credit through a dual enrollment program at my school. Any recommended classes to take first semester freshman year? I am currently a communicative disorders major, although unsure of it at this point. Any advice is appreciated.

Welcome!

do you have credits for both Frosh comp classes?

You may need a psych class. do you need a sociology class?

what do you need to take for sciences for that major?

do you have any ap credits?

did you know that that major requires a minor? what one are you considering? Psych might be a good one for that major. or, maybe a stats minor if there is one.

Looks like you need to select a bio class…and a chem or physics class. I wouldnt take both during the fall. if possible, dont take either fall freshman year…lol.

Required Minor
This major requires the completion of a minor.

Additional Major Requirements

I have an M.Ed. in Speech language pathology. Never heard of having to have a minor, but my undergrad degree was sort of a mish mash (interdisciplinary studies) in lots of fields that supported an SLP master’s. M2CK is right that a psychology minor would be a strong choice – I took a ton of psychology hours as an undergrad.
