-What is your band program like? Strong and healthy. I love it! </p>
<p>-How big is your marching band? 160 members</p>
<p>-Are you a competitive/corps style band or a show band? competitive/corps style </p>
<p>-How many concert bands do you have? 3</p>
<p>-How many jazz bands? 2</p>
<p>-Do you participate in winter drumline? yep</p>
<p>-What did you take to concert festival? "Hello, Sunshine" March (it was a neat Japanese march), Lo Presti's "Elegy for a Young American," and Del Borgo's "Music for Winds and Percussion." </p>
<p>-What is your marching show? We've been rehearsing but the show title hasn't been released yet. Last year's show was called Timeworks. </p>
<p>-What are your favorite concert pieces? Umm... "Elegy for a Young American," Eric Whitacre's "October" and "Lux Aurumque," David Gillingham's "Council Oak," Mark Camphouse's "Watchman, Tell us of the Night," De Meij's "Lord of the Rings Symphony" and SOOOO much more. </p>
<p>-What instrument(s) do you play? horn, euphonium, trombone, piano, guitar</p>
<p>-Anything else neat about your band? Elliot Del Borgo wrote a song for our wind ensemble this spring, which we dedicated to our director, and performed in April. It was awesome working with Del Borgo!</p>
