Banneker/Key and University financials

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I'm a full Banneker/Key recipient and I am a bit confused about the financials of it. On my financial status it asks:
"Do you want your financial aid to apply to most charges on your student account. Not
just tuition, fees, room and board?"
Do I select yes? Since the Banneker/Key budget is 21,180 which includes tuition, room, board, fees, AND books?</p>

<p>Also, when I look at my budget, there are set amounts for "Personal Expenses" and "Transportation Expenses." Is this something I have to pay to the school or do I deal with that on my own?</p>

<p>Can anyone elaborate on this?</p>

<p>I am still waiting on someone to help us! Please! Does my family have to pay the transportation expenses? Or is that estimated? </p>
