i think barnard’s location/access to resources and its sense of female empowerment + sisterhood is why i am so obsessed with going. i really wish i had all my application materials earlier so i could apply ED i really hope i get in this round. ill probably go somewhere else, maybe another sister college, but i feel nothing could beat barnard.
also, does anyone know who exactly reviews our applications and decides? like what is the process?
At the info session they explained it. One person reads it, gives it to another, it goes to the committee, everyone votes. If it’s a tie your waitlisted and majority rules
Hi Everyone! Just to let you know, my friend who got in ED this year for Class of 2021 said that in the Class of 2021 FB group, they are saying decisions will probably come out April 1.
@rachel89 that’s funny! in the '21 FB group, the only thing that’s been said is “someone who applied RD said they won’t get their decisions until April 1st!” I have nothing to back this up, but I suspect decisions may go out on March 28 or 30. Definitely not a Saturday.
(P.S. I already got in, but I’m desperately waiting to see if I got into SP2, so I’m anxious as well!)
So is Barnard like around 26-28th? The reddit master sheet of all RD decision dates (granted some of them might be wrong) said that Barnard is on the 24th?
So, for HEOP, do we need to get an interview because I remember when I went to the HEOP breakfast back in October, they said not everyone gets and interview, even if they would be admitted
