BC transfer student

I am a second year student at the University of Northern Iowa who has applied for the fall semester at BC.
What I’m trying to figure out since I won’t hear back from them until late our my actual chances of getting in. Online i see a 230 out of 1600 applicants, when I call in I hear a 74 our of 1600 applicants which is about 4 percent.
My high school didn’t crack up to much as i moved from Austria into the country right before i started. The high school was a dead end and I didn’t have motivation. Had a 27 on my ACT’s.
I realized towards the end of my senior year more where I wanted to be and took that with me into college where I took 15 credits first semester.
I received a B+ in one of my classes which was far easier than highschool due to the simple lack of motivation I hadn’t yet found. The other premed classes I scored in the top of my class. To teach myself a lesson of sorts and keep make myself keep high standards I retook the class Spring semester which I realize now was foolish. However that is done.

This year Fall semester I took Organic Chemistry, Genetics, Physics and Human Anatomy. Receiving an A in all classes. Here’s where it gets choppy. I got very sick to the point where after a week I had to leave school and take 6 days off of classes right before semester tests. Having missed 5 exams (including anatomy lab exams) I had alot to make up and it was all I could do to make up every exam except for Organic chem before the end of the semester.

However my current standings in Organic chem were an A which i reported on the midterm report and i am finishing it this semester along with the rest of my course load. Even with the sickness i got a 4.0.
This semester I am taking Anat and Phys 2, Humanities, Oral Com, German 4 and doing an independent biology research while also finishing organic chem.

I fully explained all of this in my application. I also explained how I attended an Austrian public school for 4 years of my life. I also come in having clept out of 17 german college credits.

I’m been moderately involved in varsity sports, church groups, hall senate last year and other things.

I still have 4.0 overall and on my midterm report I have all A’s and 1 A-.

What chances am i looking at and if i’m on the edge what type of things are they looking for?
