As this college is a state one,if my scores are much better than the average ones for Berekely ,and i do NOT need any financial aid do you think i have a good chance to be admitted ?

well if you're in state, i'd say heck yes. but oos is a bit tougher.

Well i am an International European student

ooh, international..thats difficult.
unfortunately, the UC's really favor Californians, with 83% of Berkeley admits being from California.

To give an accurate chance, we would need to know more that what you have given us.

Yes, i understand .I am planning to take the SAT in January ( I am still a junior) and the 3 SAT II test after that.I expect 2240 + on the SAT I as all my practice tests are between 2260-2340.I ve heard that state colleges like Berekely likes to admission international students who can pay the full tax and have good scores

^It's still going to be really hard. A lot of people instate people have those scores and there are some who don't get it. It all comes down to your gpa and extracurriculars. If you don't have those two, you won't get in.

Well.my gpa should be 4.00 converted to your system.I have always have perfect grades.About the ECs - in my country we don`t have a lot o opportunities but i should be fine.

According to the college board 92% are In-state students so about 8% percent of the students are oos. I don't know how much oos apply but I would say it is a reach for any person oos.
