So my top schools that I want to apply to are UC Berkeley and U of Washington.
I'm not very sure whether I am below, on par, or higher than either of these schools.

SAT: 2260 Total, 690 Critical Reading, 770 Math, 800 Writing
SAT Subjects: 800 Math II, 780 Physics, 730 World History
APs: 5 Music Theory, 5 Computer Science, 5 Physics, 4 World History
GPA: Weighted 4.30, Unweighed 3.98
Aspiring Major: Computer Science
Also a CA resident

I'm also concerned about my extracurricular activities because I haven't done much that are outstanding/eye-opening, though I have done volunteering and belong in some clubs (although I'm not president or a high position in any of them).
- Vice President of Disabilities Club
- Publicity in Comp Sci Club
- Part of orchestra in my school and at my church
- Volunteer regularly at a volunteering organization

So, what do you think? If you have any other universities that I might fit in that'll be great too.

Your SAT 1 and 2 scores are above average, and your gpa is good. However, I suggest that you start working on your extracurriculars. Do something to prove that you’re dedicated to computer science. Start a club? Also, do something that involves leadership. I’m aware that Berkeley likes leaders.

Are you applying to Berkeley as a CS major in the college of arts and sciences or as an EECS major?

For Berkeley:

CS in School of Engineering: 5% chance of admission

CS in School of LNS: 70% chance of admission

Washington University in St. Louis: 10% chance of admission, you really need better ECs for privates.

Are you talking about University of Washington in Washington state? If applying for regular undergrad, you should be fine.

Thanks for the replies.
I’m considering University of Washington in Seattle, and EECS in Berkeley.
Well, better start working on my extracurriculars

Do not. Do not, take the University of Washington as a safety. Valedictorians with 4.0 GPA and people with perfect SAT scores are rejected. Anybody who considers the University of Washington a safety would have to be extremely impressive beyond belief. Such as winning Siemens math and science competition first place or having hundreds even thousands of hours of community service on various mission trips to Third World countries.

I do believe however that you have a good shot at the University of Washington. Berkeley for all people should be a reach however I think you have to shot Berkeley. Unfortunately though, you are in state for Berkley which unfortunately, does not play to your advantage. Berkeley gets much more money from tuition they bringing the kids from the state. You would pay in-state tuition making you less desirable as they could get $25,000 more out of another kid.

Berkeley is a reach-- EECS is insanely competitive. For CS in letters and sciences, I have no doubt that you’ll get in (instate)

I don’t think you’ll have any trouble getting into Udub. It’s a safety/low match, I think.

University of Washington in Seattle is different from Washington University in St. Louis.

Your stats are great, but computer science is not easy to get into.
UCB - high match
UW (direct admit) - not sure because not a lot of data; perhaps match or high match
UW (pre-science) - safety

UW only directly admits a few students to computer science. Most students are given pre-majors, which does not guarantee that you will get into the major you want. Getting into UW with your stats should be easy, but getting directly admitted to your major is not as easy.
