<p>you need higher gpa, good sat, and excellent ECs to get into Berkley.</p>
<p>not really. berkeley's a public school, so financial aid available to non-US citizens/residents is extremely limited. depending on your course of study, you may wish to consider private schools such as USC which may have more finaid available.</p>

<p>To be honest, that's pretty much how it is at most privates, even USC.</p>
