<p>What ND network in the IT world are you talking about? Such thing does not exist. ND is almost non-existent in the IT world. Berkeley is one of the top 10 for computer science and the atmosphere is supportive to those students who are majoring in it.</p>

<p>The ND alumni network does not seem to be particularly strong in Silicon Valley computer companies, especially compared to a local university like Berkeley (or Stanford, or UC Santa Cruz, or San Jose State). It may be stronger if you want to work in the midwest or east, though.</p>
<p>What kind of net prices are you looking at? Are you interested in a more Catholic environment?</p>
