Best Cheap Places to Eat in Collegetown?

I'm moving to Collegetown next year, and will probably live there until I graduate.

As much as I would love to eat at Plum Tree everyday, it can get quite expensive. Where are the cheapest food in that area? Any suggestions?

Nothing in C-town is particularly cheap. Subway, CTP, TBP, and CTB jump out as the cheapest from my experience.

The poster above me is incorrect - the asian food in Collegetown is extremely cheap, and very good. Noodle House, Vietnam Restaraunt, Hai Hong, for example. The best in the area (though a little further away) is Sticky Rice.

DarkIce is correct. lots of asian places in collegetown are affordable. the thai place next to asian noodle house (owned by the same people) on dryden is super cheap as well. i want to say it’s little thai kitchen, but i could be wrong. four seasons (korean) across from the laundromat on eddy is decent, as well as koko’s another korean place.

mexeo’s is cheap, organic, local mexican food, also on dryden. and don’t forget the half off burgers at stella’s every mon - thurs!
