I heard nerd is good but I'm not sure, any opinions?

I drank a Monster the day before the APUSH test so I could stay up late for an extra few hours. Went to sleep at like 3 a.m., but the extra hours really helped as I think I have a good chance at a 5 after taking it.

About to drink another one in a few hours for Bio as well.

during the 10 minute break - amp maintain is the BEST. makes u calm down and puts everything back into focus when usually ur getting burnt out.

nice thx for the rec

How 'bout my favorite: water.
im not a big fan of energy drinks. they don’t taste good and from my experience it doesn’t really help me that much.

H2O is AMAZING!

I use Spike Shooter, but I don’t recommend it for the faint of heart (literally). This stuff is amongst the top 3, if not strongest energy drinks (trust me, I’ve tried them all). Anyways, good luck, and happy insomnia

Well I usually drink water, if I am really tired I drink Coffee or Frappuchinos depending on how hot it is. I think I might try a 5 hour energy drink before my AP Physics C test (a few hours earlier.

Don’t drink energy drinks, they’re just going to pump you up with sugar. There’s a reason it’s called ‘energy drinks.’ They are for people who need to use all that sugar to exercise. If you really want get in extra hours of studying, try have really bright lights on, and keep it low on the caffine (at least drink green tea, and not sugar-filled coffee from starbucks). On the day of, though, I recommend you, included with a HEALTHY, ABUNDANT breakfast, take some vitamins. For APUSH, i took an emergen-c packet, and I felt great during the test. Some of the vitamins do help your brain processing, unlike drinks like rockstar, that are really unhealthy, and could probably influence your thinking in a negative way. For some people, they start to jitter or shake after. AND WORST OF ALL, energy drinks causes frequent bathroom runs. Bottomline: drink something natural (green tea), and take some good ol’ vitamins on the day of.

I drink red bull

just eat some spicy ramen and have a glass of milk. then sit up straight in a not-too-comfortable chair when you’re studying.

Energy Drinks are not recommended when taking AP tests since it makes you jittery and such. For some people it might distract for others it helps. But I would rather have water or some sort of fruit drink, not bought, but self pressed and made :D.

OJ is easy to make :D

Haha, never tried an energy drink during an AP exam, but they helped me stay awake/solve a question on USAMO =)

Umm you guys shouldn’t have any energy drinks at all. They arouse you too much, messing up your concentration and thinking. If you really need help, just get something not too sugary from Starbucks…

none of that, vitamin water is my fav.

watch a scary movie a few days before the test :P
