<p>Not the price, I'm looking for customer support when returning. I'm gonna scratch all over and return just before 1 year.</p>

<p>but Best Buy had a good replacement plan (I bought my mp3 player in-store)...I dropped it on the ground when I was on the treadmill lmao...so I called them and told them that it "just stopped working"...so I got a replacement in 2 weeks...</p>

<p>huh. maybe Best Buy has a bigger heart when it comes to damages. Because my dad bought a camcorder and then he decided he didn't really need a new camcorder.. so he went to Best buy (with the UNOPENED camcorder, not even taken out of the box) and they made him pay 80 bucks as a return fee! :(</p>

<p>^^ he is right......DONT BUY A NANO......i bought a nano and two weeks later ipod video comes out.....I WAS DEVASTED.......NANO IS HORRIBLE COMPARED TO VIDEO.....and if you put the slightest pressure on nano, it wil break</p>
