Hi all, I'm going to be self-studying AP Psych next year, and I'd like to know what review or text book you used to aid you if you did self-study. Thanks! :)

barron’s .

if you can, just get the ‘myers’ ap edition psych textbook… my school class used that. i read all of it and am pretty certain i got a 5…plus the teacher didnt even teach. if you know that and read the barrons as review that will guarantee a 5 in my opinion

tristan101, do you think if I buy an earlier edition (like 2006) that it would make much of a difference? I’m on Amazon now and I see that the 8th edition is about 70 dollars cheaper than the 8th (used copies).

Memorize Barrons and a 5 should be in clear sight. AND I doubt editions really matter. The material isn’t changing too much.

Or you can take a class at a local CC and buy a barrons to guarantee a 5. Psychology is easy, just looking at the barrons book I could have passed with a 3 just skimming, but i was lazy ~_~
